Initial info said Nadar would be collecting the car. Collection was due between 8am - 10am at 10am nobody had arrived so I contacted Motorata and they contacted the chap who was collecting the vehicle, his name was George. So Initial info was wrong. I was disappointed that I had to contact motorata for an update. George rang me and apologised saying he was running late said he collects the vehicles. Car was collected at 11am, an hour late, and returned at 1pm. Overall disappointed with customer service. George was lovely though. Feel that as a gesture of good will I should get the extra £10 back that I paid as priority booking.
