There was no communication. I had to phone them up to see where my car is. Was ment to get the car back the same day and never did, they told me that my car would be back 9 o'clock the next morning and didn't get it back until 11 o'clock. I'll never going back to this garage again........

He called me in the morning to let me know what time he’d booked the garage/MOT and gave me an estimated time of arrival to collect the car. When Paul arrived, he was kind and patient enough to explain the whole process to me, as this was my first time using ClickMechanic. After the service/MOT was completed, he shared his personal notes with me regarding the car’s performance in the test. He provided me with the measurements and pressures for each tyre, details on the condition of brake pads and discs, and more. He really went above-and-beyond, I couldn’t be happier with the service! Walid was amazing. Full clutch replacement in record time. I needed my car to move out that evening as I was down to the last day and he went above and beyond to make it happen and let me know of other issues that may require attention shortly. Couldn't fault him in the slightest, very polite, friendly, smart and worked hard despite the limited space available.
