Simon was amazing from 1st communication I felt I was in safe hands. He found the fault to be on the wiring harness to glow plugs causing it to show a fault code. He cleaned up the wiring harness cleared the faults. He clearly knows his stuff and I would highly recommend Thanks again Simon

Serban was very helpful and quickly worked out what the problem was. He called me to say that he couldn't arrive at the time of the slot allocated, which was fine by me, he then called again to say that he would try his best to get to me earlier than he thought and he called again to say that he was 10 minutes away, so in the end he arrived earlier than the slot booked. Really appreciated that he kept me informed at all times and got to me so quickly. He explained what the problem was and tried to see if he could get the part needed - however it was gone 5 so everything was shut by then, he tried several places which I really appreciated. As its the breaks and the car can't be driven he tried his very best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I found Serban very helpful and very polite.
