Robert was great. 1st class service. He called in advance and arrived when he said he would. Kept me informed throughout. A sensor had been disconnected and Robert showed me this prior to completing the repair. He was quick as he knew I had the school run later. Brakes now work as they should. Only rated lower on punctuality because I booked a slot at 8-10am but as he had to go get the part in the morning, he didn’t arrive until 12pm but he called me 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly, polite and the problem was fixed.
