As a classic car owner for over 30 years I've known a few good mechanics in my time – Kyriacos is up there with the best of them, He's a genius. I booked him to service our MINI Paceman and within 5 seconds of starting the engine he basically told me what was wrong with it by just listening to the engine. After connecting his tablet to the ODB port, he quickly confirmed his diagnostic. Within a couple of hours the MINI was fully serviced, had a new set of ignition coils and was running like the day we collected it when it was all shiny and new. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and also to recommend checking the oil level on a monthly basis. I'd have no hesitation at all recommending Kyriacos – he's a proper "old school" mechanic with loads of experience. Legend!

No, useless mechanic, booked in for a dpf clean as i had tried the regeneration myself which i informed the mechanic via message beforehand and he comes and simply tries the regeneration himself, clears the warning messages, couple days later the warning message came back on while driving on motorway, so i drove 50 miles twice at high revs to regen again. Contacted the mechanic, his reply was he is willing to try and deal with the dpf at no extra cost but i don't think i can trust him, he kept the money though so a waste of time and money. Don't bother contacting him.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Dan for a ball joint inspection on my car, and I must say that the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Not only did he exhibit a high level of professionalism and expertise, but his integrity truly stood out during the entire process. Initially, my vehicle was making a persistent squeaky noise over bumps and when turning the wheel whilst stationary or at a slow speed, which led me to believe that the ball joint needed attention. A mechanic in France agreed with the diagnosis but said I could drive the car home to the UK before getting it fixed (time was pressing). Over the past few weeks, the noise has become less noticeable and, when Dan arrived, he conducted a comprehensive examination and found that there was, in fact, nothing wrong with the ball joint. What impressed me the most was Dan's meticulous approach to the inspection. Instead of simply replacing the part and charging me for unnecessary work, he went above and beyond to inspect every aspect of the car, ensuring a thorough diagnosis. He patiently explained each step of his assessment and the potential symptoms I might have experienced if the ball joint had genuinely required replacement. Neither of us could work out what might have been wrong with the car but Dan gave me peace of mind by assuring me that my vehicle was in good condition. I highly recommend Dan to anyone in need of automotive services!
