I specified a time which I paid an extra £10 for he was unable to make the time but was able to make the same day later, good as it was still the day but it meant I could not be present for when he arrived.

George carried out the work enthusiastically, efficiently and quickly and kept me informed regarding the salient points during the service. I have given 5 stars overall, however the confusion regarding the arrival time was of concern, otherwise George was friendly and polite at all times. What can I say I’m lost for words Bill and team were excellent.called me to say we are on our way to pick my vehicle up.sent me pictures of what was wrong which was nice of them.once the job was completed they called me to say we are coming to drop the vehicle off.i took it for test drive myself no problems after.i will definitely be using A1 Autos in the future.

Very pleased with the service, Kaz let us know when he had arrived and started to inspect the car and then spent a good amount of time afterwards talking to my daughter (who was buying the car) to go through his findings, for which I am very grateful as it gave her great peace of mind!
