Where do I even start with the impeccable customer service received from Ranjan. He carried out a pre purchase inspection on a car I was 'on edge' about. I had done all of the checks online, checked the MOT, service history and taken it for a test drive before. I have had so many bad experiences with dealers that I decided to pay for this service to put my mind at ease and he did just that and beyond. After receiving my booking, he called me in the morning and listened to my back story, I never met with him as I live quite far but he liaised with the car dealer on my behalf. He also called when he finished carrying out the checks and had sent the report and the photos. He explained very carefully what needed to be fixed before purchasing the car and also what he thought were 'pluses' with the car. All of this put my mind at ease. He drove the car for longer than needed and did some extra checks which weren't part of the package; hence why I said he went above and beyond. I cannot fault the high quality of service provided, his knowledge, attention to detail, punctuality, communication and care. I needed reassurance that the car was reliable and safe as I have small children (and he was able to do this for me and tell me the truth about any issues). I will definitely have Ranjan in mind again if needed and would highly, highly recommend.

John was friendly and knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quickly. John was quick at dianosing the problem and gave me a few tips about parts I may need to look at changing in the future. Always good to know what to look out for next!

Paul was brilliant, very friendly and professional, he accepted the job and answered his phone straight away. When he arrived it turned out to be user error on the motorhome but he called me and we had a very friendly chat. Great service which got me out of a fix with the person who was driving the camper van not realising you cannot start an automatic if not on park and/or pressing the brake pedal. As the incident was a 6 hour drive away Paul attending saved me an awful lot of stress and expense.

Tarquin was fine but it would have been better to be told in advance that the bill was going to be nearly £100 more than the quote.

Justin was excellent moved fast and with I am very happy with the work he did.

My mechanic was very good. He even replaced a bolt that was missing from when the dealership last did my brakes. I was glad I got him to do my brakes instead of doing them myself as I wouldn’t have had the spare bolts to of done the job. I would have had to carry on driving with the missing bolt to which I was told would have continued to put my life at risk.
