The inspection was carried out with the time slot. However, the advert says you get a call from the mechanic following the inspection. I did not. I got the report emailed through and that was it.

Henry is a top bloke did the job I asked for and alas it didn’t fix my car issue altogether (not his fault) he spent time going over some car issues and went above what was asked. You’ll be in good hands with Henry and he is very knowledgable friendly and helpful

The mechanic was very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about however this is the second appointment we've had using click mechanic now, and there have been issues both times. On this occasion, the engineer turned up so late that we had to reschedule for another day. He then proceeded to turn up late for this booking too. We didn't have any issues with the mechanic whilst he was carrying out work and he did in fact diagnose the issue but the report which I believe are standard practice, but we specifically requested anyway, did not actually note the main problem.

George was really courteous and knowledgeable about my car. He would have scored 5 for punctuality but was stuck in an accident on the M6 through no fault of his own. He did however, text to say he would be a little late. All in all great service.

Really great work, very dedicated - though there was difficulty finding the correct part they kept in touch throughout, polite and clear in their communication, and came back the next day after trying several attempts to make sure they found the right replacement part - really impressed with their work and effort

Lateness, money issues, and a task that was not completed to the full standard required a return visit to resolve the issue. .Numerous issues arose, and the wheel where the sensor was reinstalled was still making noise. issue.

James was brilliant. I put a post on click mechanic late on Saturday evening and he was at my house for 10am the next morning (on a Sunday!) Really thorough and patient, I asked him lots of questions and he was happy to answer them and was patient. Have booked for this week for my partners van to be fixed with him. Would recommend :)

With so many scams around I was worried as this seemed like a really good deal. It was an unusual experience as a lovely young smartly dressed lady collected my car. And brought it back. In between I received updates. Still can’t believe how smooth an experience it was. Brilliant price and service.
