Very prompt service. Everything checked thoroughly. I received a phone call after the checks explaining everything, as well as the email containing the check list and photos. Definitely worth doing for peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle.

Richard was very good. Arrived despite the bad rainy weather and completed the job in rain. He had some problems caused by previous bad workmanship by a previous mechanic this was before I purchased the car. Changed both rear brakes and pads and road tested the car. Took a bit more time than expected but did not charge any extra for the time. I would use this ClickMechanic and this mechanic again

Mohammed kept in touch during the day. There was some miscommunication over the time of the booking. The booking was 8-10am, Mohammed arrived at 10.15 and after the MOT returned the car at 3.15. Mohammed carried out a full service away from my property. I do not have an itemised list of work carried out or a stamp in my service history. I have previously used ClickMechanic and found the service really good. This experience had led me to question using ClickMechanic again.
