Great service used the pick up service he picked it up and was all done and back at my property just over 4 hours which was fantastic have me full explaintion of what was wrong and gave good advice on how to fix/repair the issue highly recommend

I had no communication at all from Syed A at SWIFT CAR HIRE , I had to call them for updates, and at no point in these calls did anyone at SWIFT CAR HIRE say they had any other problems with the my car. I was told by the man who picked up my Shaf that he was the manager again I had no communication from them unless I called 1st Very poor service and my car still has an oil leak and at no point was I given any indication that there was any other oil leaks, they say they complete the work but offer no evidence, all they show is photos of the underside of the car, with no photos to show the work being IE parts removed.


Shaf the manager told me when he bought the car back that when the car was on the ramp the oil was cleared off and Syed the mechanic told there was a leak coming from the Rocker cover and not the crankshaft oil seal what the car was it for.

NO ONE called me about this, I only found out when the car was returned to me, Shaf the manager to me said when he bought the car back that he would get this sorted out for me and would call me in the morning, but to date as I suspected no call and they are not picking up my calls now. I have been SCAMMED out of £654.36

Excellent service from Ionel Adrian, He diagnosed the problem very quickly (a severed ground cable and poor battery). He sourced the parts and returned to fit them, despite the late hour. He obviously knows his stuff, Very impressed.

Work carried out in 40 minutes. Unfortunately did not replace ignition coil after replacing spark plugs. Needed 24 hours for him to replace it. May be better off going to your local garage. Doesnt talk much.

Phil was absolutely fantastic! My car had been seriously misdiagnosed by another garage who had given me an estimate of over £900 for repairs which turned out to be only £130 including mot test fee!!! Problem sorted in minutes.
