Ryan - mechanic who attended - and Jim - who I believe is the manager were both very helpful. However. as it transpired they were reluctant to proceed on original request due to finding other issues in the car that they felt would be detrimental to a successful outcome - hence the work did not proceed. The downside for me was a charge of £135 which I feel is very excessive for this call out and diagnosis - especially with no work done to the car. Unfortunately I couldn't recommend ClickMechanic to others on this basis.

Very friendly and appeared knowledgeable so much so he diagnosed additional problems he offered to fix however £250 job later there's another issue and now he's ignoring my messages! If booking through click mechanic I'd recommend but do not take him on as an individual mobile mechanic

Dan managed to do the work earlier than what he was booked to do it. He was able to sort out my airbag warning issue although he advised to get it properly checked. He explained the problem with the blower which now needs replacing and promptly gave the quite for the additional work to be done. He was very friendly and nice to deal with. Thanks Dan!

Martin & Jacob did their best to resolve the electrical problem that was affecting my Ford Fiesta, unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue on their visit, however, they're communication skills were extremely good. I have only marked them down on quality .... Because I would have preferred them to carry out the work under a canopy as it was pouring with rain.
