Martin & Jacob did their best to resolve the electrical problem that was affecting my Ford Fiesta, unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue on their visit, however, they're communication skills were extremely good. I have only marked them down on quality .... Because I would have preferred them to carry out the work under a canopy as it was pouring with rain.

Friendly, fast, and good communication. Replied to my texts quick to give clarity to arrival and to sort stuff during the work. Was speedy with the fixes and gave me a good overview of what had been done. Spotted another issue and created a good workaround and planned another time to fix.

Very happy, they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Great service and all completed within an hour and all done on my own driveway. Will definitely recommend Call Mechanic to friends. And thank you to Martin.
