The lads were friendly and informative. They arrived on time and got on with the job. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and the job was completed within the expected time frame .Went for a run and all seems fine.

John was great! Called ten minuet before arrival time and explained he was en route. Assessed the works, fitted front and rear pads and disc, he even showed me how badly worn the old one were. Advised on future maintenance. 10/10

We discussed that any further work required, I would definitely choose him again if I could. A painful experience due to the amount it cost me; but a memorable experience due to his level of experience, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you.

Dany was friendly & knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem & advised on next steps then returned later the same day with the correct parts which were fitted quickly & efficiently. It was great to have peace of mind & my car back on the road.

The mechanic sent by Tyson was professional and knowledgable. He was friendly and did multiple things to get the car going, despite being in an area with poor signal. I had to leave for work shortly after the mechanic arrived, but Tyson called me with the prognosis and gave me the option on if they would reset the codes or not and talked me through the options. I opted for codes to be cleared and the mechanic had taken photos of all the codes and sent them to me for onward repairs. I got home and somehow the car started, so whatever the mechanic did worked wonders and I've had no further issues today. Thank you to Tyson and team. Only small fault is did not turn up in the allotted 2 hours given period and did not text to say they'd be late, but when messaged replied promptly. I appreciate traffic and other jobs have a knock on affect but a text would have been nice. Despite that a really good service which I would use again and would recommend to others.

Alin was great. Gave me a very detailed report on what on paper and photographs looked like a great buy for a Lexus SC 430 4.3L Petrol 2005 DEXxXXX on closer professional inspection. It turned out to be a lemon. And extremely misleading by the seller. He literally saved me £7000+ if I had to trust or believe this scammer or careless seller.

The mechanic who turned up on the first day did not introduce himself therefore, I assumed that it was Daniel (whom I was told will be visiting). As it turned out, the work required more time so he said that he was coming back the following day. He wanted my phone number to confirm time etc later and I told him that he already had my number. That's when he said that I had been talking to another guy not him. Communication was not handled well but all in all, the job was done well.

Padson arrived bang on time. He was friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. He explained everything to us and his work ethic is to be admired. I could just tell he was a grafter and will stay long hours until the job is done. He will be my go to mechanic from now on. Highly recommended.
