I was really happy and impressed with Ifty. He was very friendly, pro active and punctual. The seller also spoke well of Ifty. I picked up my new car yesterday and am very frustrated that the Air con is not working. Within the report I received it states "like new condition" & "excellent". I have now paid for the car in full and have no comeback with the seller. Had I known the air con was faulted I would have insisted on an investigation and/or would have haggled the price down. I have now paid full price for the car and I will have further costs to cover to investigate and fix the air con within the car - this is likely to be costly.

Jose was great. Punctual (early in fact) and very friendly and helpful. Giving me much needed advice. Also, good value for money.

Nathan was brilliant checked my car to see what was up with it and needed a new radiator said he will be back next day today Tuesday at 8 and was on time fixed my car can’t recommend this company enough defo will be back

Yes but the didn’t use all the equipment, only the diagnostic machine so I don’t understand why I have to pay the extra £40

Work carried out quickly. Didn’t charge me for anything extra. Had brake pads fitted and could have said I needed discs but didn’t (being female and not knowing about cars, I could have been taken advantage of)

Monzuar was brilliant I asked for a part to be fitted as it was clonking really bad but that wasn't the part that need replacing monzuar contacted me immediately and explained what I needed gave me clear update on the price great communication through out and still went above and beyond to return my car back that night absolutely brilliant

Absolutely excellent job all round :) Joseph kept updated on his eta and arrived within the time-slot I had booked. Very knowledgeable and professional with all the correct tools needed for the job in hand. He found and fixed the issues that other mechanics had been unable to rectify. Nothing was too much trouble and he even stayed on longer to make sure I was happy with everything before heading off. I would recommend to anyone and will be using Joseph for any future works I require for my vehicles.
