Dimitar was really really good. It was a simple job but not so simple as one of the nut was pretty much impossible to access. He took his time and didn’t show any frustration. Took out the nut and put the new alternator. Very much satisfied with his work. I would recommend him.

Wallace was excellent. He was running a little late but phoned to let me know, so that was fine. He found my place easily , which can be challenging. He looked at the problem, got on with it and it was all finished within the time quoted. A great result !!

I am yet to see my car or meet the mechanic. I agreed to car being recovered the night before to help the recovery team who were in the area. The car was not completed yesterday and I am still waiting today for the car to be returned a of now. While Muhammad is very polite I am still not sure if the car will be delivered this evening. I work in a school and have made arrangements as provide transport for children and this is effecting this. I also tried to avoid any delay by having whole part replaced but the delay has been significantly longer than quoted.

Warren was absolutely fantastic he arrived at the time he said he would he was friendly approachable talked me through what he was going to do . He was so lovely it felt like I had known him for years . After he had finished he suggested I took the car for a long drive before he left to make sure I was happy in which I did and I was very happy . I would highly recommend Warren
