Restarting the flat battery was more complicated, the car was blocked in a difficult position. Ryan persevered, got the car going, and followed me to make sure all ok. Explained well and used his initiative . Job Well Done

Mechanic gave a time slot of 08:00 to 10:00 (I had thought I'd be driving to work by lunch time). I had to make contact via Click Mechanic at 10:00 when he hadn't turned up, or contacted me. I did get a call back from the mechanic at 10:15. The mechanic wasn't prepared to do the work on the road, so he sent a recovery vehicle to fetch the car. The work was done on the same day (and delivered back to my house) and the car's working fine now. Then Click Mechanic took money on top of the quoted amount, for just over £99 for the recovery vehicle. I hadn't been asked if I was prepared to pay more than the quote, or told recovery would cost extra. I complained immediately, and it was made clear I had to sort it with the mechanic, myself. The garage did get Click Mechanic to refund the £99.31, which took another day to come back. I would never use either the garage or Click Mechanic again. A really negative experience, all told.

Great experience, called on his way so I knew when he would arrive. Regassed my older car but more importantly spent the time to fully explain the process and how it all worked which I was pleased with. The regas has been perfect and the car is absolutely ice cold now.

Tari arrived slightly earlier than expected but that was okay. He called me later to ask if he should carry out some additional work he felt was needed on my front brakes and I was happy for him to do it. The car was returned promptly after its service with its new MOT and the bill seemed very reasonable for the service, additional remedial work and the MOT. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a copy of the service report so have to assume that everything needed was carried out. From what I could check I could see that fluids were topped up so fingers crossed. I have given 5 stars for the Quality but in all honesty I have no way of knowing. Tari’s manner was friendly and businesslike so I’m assuming he’s done a good job.
