Shaz was brilliant and totally honest with me. He cleared a fault down in the Engine Management System and told me what caused it. He then gave brilliant advice that it was best not to have the fault repaired because it was minor and would not affect performance. He warned me that to rectify the fault may cost me much more costly repairs. That is brilliant customer service!

I had an excellent experience with Callum. He responded very quickly and arrived within 20 minutes, even though it was raining and I didn’t have the proper equipment to open the bonnet and keep it open. He diagnosed my flat battery and replaced it efficiently, all in about 30-40 minutes. I can’t fault his professionalism and skill, I definitely recommend him! Thank you so much!
