I had used this site before and had received excellent service. Therefore I had no hesitation booking them again for an MOT and service. I received a call from the mechanic to tell me there was an advisory on the MOT and he gave me a cost for this additional work. I told him this item had been done on a previous service and not that many miles ago so, I wouldn't be going ahead and having this work done again. My intention was to obtain the MOT advisory and take it to the person who had carried out this work before - a perfectly reasonable response under these circumstances. When the driver returned the car I natrually asked where the advisory was, but the driver said it was online - I explained advisories are not kept online and I needed the paper issue. He stormed off after checking my MOT status which had not been updated and shouted at me over his shoulder to shut the F**K up and drove away. In pursuit of the advisory I raised a dispute. The mechanic told me there was no advisory on the MOT and I had got confussed. Of course he lied to me. Therefore please be very careful of mexhanics trying to make a job more expensive by making up issues with your vehicle that do not exist. I got no support from the site itself either so needless to say they have lost a customer as I shall never use them again.

john was very helpful and carried out my service to my satisfaction,although there was a mix up with the date given to me which was 16th november between 14.00 & 16.00 but john was told it was 18th November but he came over today and carried out the service, can you please give the mechanic the correct date as it was most inconveniant

Jason was absolutely wonderful, super punctual, communicated well and obviously skilled. I specifically loved how knowledgeable he is about cars, involved me every step of the way by explaining the problem and what needed to be done. No doubt whenever I need any repairs done I will look no further.

All good. It wasn’t a straight forward issue, there were several factors contributing to the problem. Dan quickly diagnosed the faults and offered options for solving them. My car is now running better than ever.
