Happy with the work but got confused and concerned by his communication method. His English was poor so he got someone else to call me to speak for him. This would have been fine if communicated in advance, but when someone calls and says "Hi it's the mechanic" when you have just handed your keys to the bloke you thought was the mechanic it puts you in a panic! Otherwise, very happy.

Brian was great- He was very knowledgeable about the work that needed doing to my Land Rover Discovery- The timing chain needed to be replaced which is a very complicated and time consuming task- He arranged for the vehicle to be recovered and then delivered back to me. The work was completed ahead of schedule and he kept me informed of progress throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Brian.

Excellent. Punctual, called me before arriving, friendly, well equipped, good knowledge, fixed / reset 2 of 3 error codes, checked for other issues, advised how to clear the third issue. Offered help if I couldn't do it myself - I could.
