Very nice guy, unfortunately ,my car was worse than what I thought, your mechanic was very good telling me what needs doing, plus ,never charged me full price ,would recommend you guys to anyone 👍

Took car to have a MoT, had to buy a new battery (no problem) never provided a receipt to me.

Did service afterwards, didn’t stamp my service book. No receipts.

Mot initially failed, needed a small part to fix and re-test. Terribly slow responses, inaccurate quotations and in the end after weeks of chasing, missed window for re-test and never came back to me to repair the car for the Most.

Awful experience and communication. Would avoid like the plague if you ever needed to call this guy back in to do something.

Efficient and helpful - only issue was that the pickup time had apparently not been communicated by clickmechanic to the mechanic.
