No problem, friendly and tidy. Replaced parts by each wheel so clearly visible and needed changing. All work completed in a timely manner and then road tested by Paul. Very happy with the entire process.

Paul arrived within the timeslot I had booked. He was friendly and polite, and carried out a comprehensive full service. He was clear about the further work needed and provided a quote for this, and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Paul was friendly enough but communication and timekeeping were non existent. I have had to arrange for the work to be done by another garage for the failed MOT. Two cancelled appointments in one week is not acceptable and I have been left without a car for a week now.
