The appointment was booked for a Tuesday however I was contacted on Monday morning that due to personal issues he could have not attended the appointment. We managed to reschedule to a Friday. Luckily, I didn't have to use the car, otherwise it would have been a problem since the MOT was due.
He came on Friday as agreed and did the service quick and clean. Nice guy.

Paul did a good job under trying circumstances. Due to a family emergency he couldn't do the time and date agreed at outset but he contacted me the night before and we organised a different date and time. On the day itself there were traffic issues but he let me know there would be a delay. Once he arrived he got straight on with the work only to find that he had been supplied with some incorrect parts, which he went to sort and returned to complete the job. All doing as it should now.
