Paul was great. I have very little car knowledge but he made me feel comfortable. Got the work completed quickly and talked me through what he had done.

Read the report, which listed all the checks for the full service. Windscreen washer fluid still empty, report says it was checked. No idea if anything else was not checked tbh.

Problem not diagnosed or resolved told to take it to a garage paid 84 pounds to be told the car has a fault which I already know was hoping for a diagnosis

I booked the MOT and service a month before it was due and was concerned when I got a message on the Friday afternoon saying Paul could not do the MOT and service on the following Tuesday as planned and could he arrange it for Thursday, which was fine, but didn’t get confirmation of it until the Tuesday afternoon, so planning time off of work was difficult.
Paul did the service and took the car for its MOT with no problems and did a good job at a better price than my local garage.

Brilliant job, on time, great communication and got on with the job.

Paul was great. He called me to let me know he had been delayed at his previous job, and when he did arrive he completed the work quickly. He was friendly and answered a couple of questions I had. Would definitely recommend.
