Paul arrived on time, was friendly, efficient and honest. I had booked an MOT and major service. He strongly suspected my old banger of a car would fail the MOT so had it performed first and, once my car was confirmed to be a death trap, he recommended against the service despite it not being in his financial interest to do so.
