Unfortunately, due to sickness, the original mechanic booked was not available. However, company did provide alternative although due to their workload time of arrival was significantly delayed (reason for low score on puctuality). Very good communication during the day to keep me informed of arrival time(s). Car runs fine day after timing belt and water pump replacement. Very polite and pleasant mechanics.

The guys were superb, friendly polite easy to talk to, and although I was unsure about my car still showing the problems as it did before they commenced the job, I called them and informed them, they offered me advice (which tbh they had mentioned to me before they left) I done what they advised and later on the car was running much better apart from a couple of little things which has nothing to with what they were contracted to do. So yes happy and give the lads 10/10.

Andrea did a very thorough inspection and very friendly. Although he was running late due to his colleague being unwell, he did keep us fully informed.
