Yes, the mechanic kept me informed when he knew they were going to be late, which was very important. They completed the work well and quickly.

Mechanic was great didn't realise my fault that the £150 was only for oil and oil filter and service light reset. He did do tyre pressure and coolant check and washer top up at this price would have expected air filter and fuel and pollen. Filter to be replaced

Paul completed the work satisfactorily although this was at the second attempt and over four hours later than originally scheduled. However, the cause of the delay was that once again the mechanic had been given the incorrect parts for my car and therefore had to get the right parts before the work could be completed. This was the cause of the delay and is something that needs to be addressed so the mechanics are supposed with the correct parts in the first place.

Andrea and his colleague were very friendly, approachable and helpful - and on discovery of a related fault shortly after the work was done they came back the next day to rectify it. I'm really happy with the level of service provided at an excellent price.

Paul was great, friendly and efficient. Replaced the starter motor, got the car working, did a safety check before he left and identified the same two issues as our MOT had two days before.
