Initially I was advised by ClickMechanic to have a call out to diagnose the problem, even though I had a report from the AA saying that a gear transmission cable had broken, The mechanic turned up in the dark spent about 5 minutes and said I needed a new cable! An appointment was booked for a week later which he had to cancel through unforseen circumstances so another mechanic was found. An appointment was made for the following week, the part was damaged when they went to collect it so the appointment was changed yet again. Eventually two mechanics turned up at the time they had said and completed the job. It took them under an hour to do the repair, but I was charged for 2 hours labour by ClickMechanic! Couldn't be happier with Jo and the guys. They were late for the appointment, but communication was good throughout and always kept me in the loop. Also gave me a thorough report and the checks.
