Andrea & his mate were very friendly & helpful, they found the solution to my problem very quickly. I was advised of the cost before I gave the go ahead to fix it. They explained what they would do & it was fixed very quickly. This the first time I have use ClickMechanic & I would definitely use them again & tell my friends of the good service I received.

The guys gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they were very friendly, explained everything in detail, and got the job done in record time. My car passed it's MOT the same day so I'm incredibly happy with the service I received from them!

Service was carried out by a Mechanic called Joe who was friendly and was on schedule. However the service i received was far short of the FULL SERVICE I paid for.

Apart from the Air and Pollen Filters replaced under the FULL SERVICE schedule, some of the key checks i paid for were never carried out as expected. I am wondering why I paid for full service and not interim service. I feel cheated as a result.

The following checks were of much importance to me but got none;

Check timing belt replacement interval
Check air conditioning operation including bad odour.
Lubricate all door hinges, locks, and bonnet catches.
Check cooling system including fan operation.
Check and record brake fluid condition.
Check engine breather system.
Check battery level and lubricate terminals.
Check the condition and security of the exhaust.
Check and top up axle and transfer box oil levels.
Check and top up gearbox oil level.
Carry out tyre report.
Check all wheel bearings for excessive ‘play’ and noise.
