Confused more than anything. Mechanics who arrived were friendly but claimed they were unable to fit the Wing Mirror ordered on the CM form because it was no longer available. So they fitted a basic mirror. I needed the car for urgent family health reasons so agreed. The idea of using CM was because it would be faster. I was charged £213. Then subsequently the next day I felt the car didn't look good and I found two local garages who could fit the right Honda Wing Mirror and had it done for £100. So not sure where the fault lies - in the communication between CM and the mechanic or the mechanic and their suppliers. I liked the idea of CM and the phone operatives were always friendly but I'm afraid I couldn't recommend it to anyone based on my experience. I still don't know what I paid £213.00 for?
