Hi John the 2/5 for quality I believe is very unfair. You booked in a replacement of the indicator bulb (which stated that you were supplying the parts) we supplied our own indicator bulb free of charge for you. Replaced the bulb but the issue lies somewhere else. We carried out as much a diagnostic as we could but we advised you you had an electrical issue which requires further diagnostic time for an auto electrician. This booking was not a diagnostic inspection.

Mechanic was friendly and polite, very knowledgeable about the work he was carrying out. he was quick and efficient. As far as I know he's done a great job, it's not something I can really judge as it was a preventative measure so there is no difference in the car's performance. It still drives just as well as it did before the timing belt change.

On the basis of the report and a confirmation call earlier this morning, I'm giving 4 stars for everything.
