Extremely pleased with Darren who kept me informed beforehand and during the MoT and service. He was very trustworthy too and did not replace my pollen filter as it was in perfect condition, so credit to him for being so honest. Overall, very pleased with the simplicity of this service and would highly recommend.

Communicated clearly and accurately their expected arrival time. Friendly and polite. Sanity checked the work I'd specified (asked for symptoms and did a quick test to satisfy themselves that what I thought was wrong was indeed the problem). Carried out the work without any fuss, and showed me the part they'd replaced.

Darren was very communicative, gave me a thorough description of everything that was wrong with the car and was helpful with his advice. All in all he made me feel 100% sure whether to purchase the car or not.

An awful experience and one I never want to repeat! Not equipped for the job, extremely poor communication,
I suffer with PTSD and have to take my service cat everywhere, as my anxiety is extremely high right now , I decided I would use click mechanics and have the service come to me, rather than force myself to go to a garage,
The time was changed which was ok, but then they came out an hour late for just ten minutes to look at my wheel and tell me they couldn't do the job as "I didn't have the wheel lock bolt"
They had the registration and car details beforehand and I spoke to the mechanic before he came out and not once did Darren Powney ask if I had my own tools!
He then took £52 for the privilege,
Basically stole from me!
I cannot stop crying! Never again.
