Nightmare.
It took three weeks to confirm a booking, I personally think click mechanic forced it upon the mechanic because he never turned up because he hadn't noticed it on his calender with click mechanic and he hadn't accepted the job.
The mechanic then didn't turn up another two times, I gave up in the end, work never completed.
Never using again.

The mechanic said I needed 2 x turbos for my car but I got another diagnostics which said the turbos are fine but the 2 x EGR units need replacing which will be a much cheaper job to do.

I'd booked an appointment between 4pm and 6pm but they didn't arrive until about 6.10pm. However they had phoned me about 20 minutes beforehand to explain they were on their way and their estimated time of arrival.

They were very chatty and friendly and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I would certainly use the service again.

Two very knowledgeable mechanics who arrived on time and started work immediately, completing the job in good time in a cheerful and helpful manner. I would recommend to anyone and would request them again if it was necessary.

Arrived 15mins outside of appointment time but carried out work quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with price and convenience and have booked further work on a different vehicle.
