Absolutely superb. Have had bad experiences with mechanics but now have a way of getting a good job done.

The Mechanic phoned me to confirm they could come earlier than booked, which I duly agreed to. On arrival they got stuck into the job and promptly completed in the allocated time. Could not have asked for anymore, they were very knowledgeable about my car which made me feel very comfortable. A1 service will definitely use again and recommend.

I couldn't fault the way they worked, it was done on time, and on budget and over £100 cheaper than an independent garage

communication was poor...i wouldnt use them if i was tight on time...quality of the work was good tho...ie when they got around to doing it. (after 3 weeks!)

Apart from the mis-hap at the start (they failed to arrive the day as booking done online despite their confirmation of the time and mechanic's name) they were great - called to keep me updated on arrival time next day and options with parts . The Mechanic that turned up was really friendly and got on and did the job, was very impressed at the convenience!

The mechanic was delayed through no fault of his own. I received two calls from his boss and one from him keeping me updated with his progress. He completed the job in the time quoted and was keen and knowledgeable.
