My Mechanic was very helpful in that he included a new air filter which for some reason had not been included in a standard annual service. My appointment had to be re-scheduled (no air filter in stock) but he kept in touch. His assistant, however topped up my coolant and screen-wash from the same container of plain water and overfilled the coolant. Not particularly a problem this time of the year, but it did not need topping up anyway !

Charged extra for turning off warning lights even though they knew the car needed further investigation, so wasted my money. Won't refund the extra £40+ I asked for back and ClickMechanic support haven't replied when I told them twice by email that the issue hasn't been resolved. Disappointing lack of honesty by the mechanics, the email contact Darren at their garage based in Romford, and no response from the support people at ClickMechanic. Very disappointed with the way they've treated me, their ignorance, arrogance, misleading information and lack of intelligent response. I could go on.....

Very happy with service overall, although they never seem to meet their original arrival times. Good communication throughout however meant this was less of a problem than it otherwise would have been.

Generally very pleased, although it did take some time to actually get it booked in and never arrived within the time frame quoted.
Nevertheless I would recommend as long as you can be flexible.
