Very friendly and willing to travel far but after they fitted the brake pad, the wheels starts to make noise, called several time from my mobile but the phone was never answered, but he does answer my work number first time round, explained about the noise the set the time to come back and see it again. However, something came up and we could not meet at the agreed time, tried again calling from mobile or work phone, no answer, texted him trying to inform him that we could not make it, no responses, and did not turn up at the time that was originally agreed, he clearly got my text but decided not to return my call or text.

I was extremely please with the service and felt the mechanic was knowledgeable.

Lee did a great job, he told me about the work he was doing and completed all work as stated.

The work carried out omy car was not finished I'm left with a car which I can not use keeping saying they will come back to finish but saying now they can't do it not happy waste on time

Kept us informed all the way through what he was doing & checking with us before doing anything. He did what we booked for, however the car wasn't test driven & after the mechanic left my husband test drove the car & we still have the same problem. So £379 later we are still in the same position, so not happy.
