Mechanic (Lee) arrived on time, he was very friendly, knowledgable and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend/use again if needed.

Lee and Mark were extremely courteous, efficient and tidy. They did a superb job of work replacing the leaking water pump and fitting a new timing belt on our J Reg Rover 214Si. They were well informed about the dangers of using OAT based antifreeze in old engines which it seems Kwik Fit erroneously refilled the Rover 214Si with in Jan 2016.

This is a terrible service. The mechanic showed up for a diagnostic and spent around 45 seconds to wrongfully diagnose the issue as starter motor problem. The quote to fix it was almost £500. The quote locally was half that so I went local. To my dismay the problem is electrical and not starter motor. So my local mechanic has referred me to an auto electrician.

I then called back Darren this morning to explain all this to him. He apologised for the wrong diagnoses and promised to send someone over in an hour to re-diagnose. I waited 4 hours and called back, he said he'll call me back in 2 minutes. I waited another hour then called him. He then avoided my calls and texted hours later to say a mechanic can't visit for another week.
