Lee arrive earlier than schedule, which was great and enabled us to better schedule our day.
He was smart, professional and very knowledgeable, and kept us updated on his progress and finished ahead of the plannned labour schedule.
This guy was a terrific example of how to demonstrate first class Customer service.

I was very grateful that the mechanics accepted the job at very short notice, they arrived just after the scheduled slot and were very helpful but obviously under some time pressure.
They checked screen washer flow and confirmed that the offside screen nozzle flow is obstructed as per symptoms but offered no means of high pressure air or water blow-through although I have now found that this is a recommended solution online.
They checked headlamp washer hose connection and fuse but not the dashboard switch so I'm no wiser on that fault.
The only real benefit of my clickmechanic expense and their 40 minute visit was their advise that the car only has a single washer motor so I'm left somewhat disillusioned and disappointed.

I have been dealing with Darren. I am well pleased with the service, cheaper than my local mechanic and very professional repair. They even steam cleaned the engine although it was not included in the bill.

Darren stayed in touch to update me on his arrival time, which with my busy schedule, was helpful. I am pleased to report that he was polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He performed the diagnostic test, as planned, and explained the fault to me. He explained what would be required to correct the fault, and followed this up with a quote for the work to be undertaken as promised.

Darren did a very sound job with my Porsche Cayenne pre-purchase inspection. He phoned me up beforehand to understand my requirements and discuss any specific concerns I had about the car. He recommended some additional diagnostic work, which proved very useful. After the inspection, he provided me with immediate verbal feedback on his observations prior to sending the report. Well worth it.
