Darren never turned up until about the 4 rh appointment. He gave a misleading cost and time quote. He failed to turn up on every arranged appointment to fix the lorry. Poor service.,,😢

No show and no job done, as already e mailed to you. You (or your computer) now have the stupidity to ask me to "tell you about your experience" for a review in which you seem to offer no possibility of me rating zero for a second no show after re-arrangement after the first no show. Your on line systems need to be upgraded to avoid even asking this after a reported no show. I have every sympathy with your attempted business model following my own later career in business planning and development - and indeed being a champion of start-up modern businesses via an ongoing a consultancy role for the Government sponsored KTP scheme via Innovate UK.
However, you need to cover in your automated correspondence no show experiences like mine (already fed back to you) and also the stupidity of giving the client contact numbers for the mechanic which are not answered on the day (in my case on neither of the no shows). And it also seems silly, (if true, according to "Darren" who eventually rang me after the my original complaint to you), that you allegedly refuse to give the accepting engineer the client's website-typed-in amplification of the problem or even their telephone number. According to "Darren" who was named as the mechanic in your e-mails to me, he is actually the owner of his mobile business rather than the actual mechanic who would have been attending. So, if the owner is unlikely to be contactable, you MUST establish a method of contact between the client and the actual attending mechanic for "on-the-day" difficulties.

Mechanic got stuck in as soon as he arrived, stripped off old caliper and disk, replaced flexible hose and replaced with new parts. He was quick and efficient. I took the car out last night and the brakes felt spongy, I think there may be some air in the system. I need to call him to check.
