Kia Venga Wheel bearing replacement - rear (passenger side)

Service was very good, communication when the car would be collected great and arrived within time frame as said. However disappointed that had booked in for a problem which we weren't 100% sure what was wrong but told what might be. So this was just replaced rather than confirmed. Spend £245 so would have liked to have been sure the problem had been rectified. I assumed a thorough check would have been done to confirm the actual problem before fixing.

This job was originally posted on ClickMechanic as ‘supply and fit rear wheel bearing,’ no diagnosis was required as pointed out by yourself as your husband had diagnosed the issue. Hats off to your husband for getting this right, however we were not requested or paid to carry out a diagnosis which would have required extra time to be allocated to the booking.
However, I’m glad you’re happy and the repair has fixed your problems.
