Overall good experience, from the by email & SMS reminders, to the handover of my vehicle to Kelvin early morning without fuss, to the call from John once work was complete to the return drop off of the vehicle. John was coordinating the pick up and delivery of the job and everything was very well communicated and as it stands, early days, seems to have been a great job. He provided additional and useful guidance on a particular mechanical matter relating to the car, a separate issue.
