My car was taken away and returned to me very efficiently. The communication from Jon the mechanic about what work needed to be done and why was clear and concise. It was my first time using Click Mechanic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

SMS Autocare have now done both of our cars M.O.T and service and any work carried out to high standard. Notified before any work or M.O.T was carried out. Would 100% recommend will be using again.

Jon, and team were great. Texted me the night before stating when they would pick up the car the next day and then arrived on time. As I wasn't enitrely sure of the work that was needed to be carried out because of the wording on the MOT was a little bizarre I over booked what was needed. Jon called me up as they were finishing and said he pulled the MOT history before work started to make sure not to do more than was needed and removed the additional parts and labour from the bill.
