Had my car serviced with the same guy 2 months previous and he claimed on my MOT the oil filter was leaking and needed replacing which was supposed to have been part of the service so he clearly didn’t do it the first time. Also I booked the MOT at the same time as 2 front tire replacements and when I checked my MOT history he put it through with the two old tires first then failed it and then he put the new ones on to pass it. Why do that!?!? Common sense would be to do the tyres then MOT. Very shady guy will never use again or recommend to anybody I like.

I pointed out to you at the time that you had an oil leak from the oil filter which turned out to be a faulty seal which was replaced under warranty it was a observation and courtesy to let you know .
In regards to the mot there are another of items that we check during a mot when the vehicle is presented, and The tyres did not make the minimum requirement which is why your vehicle failed and re tested the vehicle after new tyres were installed
Once you agreed to change them I’m failing to see we’re your going with this as all seems very straightforward and obvious but I hope this may of cleared up any misunderstanding you may have had
