The fault was minor in respect to the DRL running lights, not working
The salesman and manager present at big motoring world,, said they would rectify the issue before the vehicle leaves The showroom my words were and I quote
If they are agreeing to fix it before you take the vehicle home, then I see no issue I made you aware of it and in regards to the severity of the issue was very low, but thank you for your feedback all the same

If that doesn't scream perfect customer service then I don't know what does. He was very friendly and helpful; he ensured he explained everything he was doing and what he had found clearly.
