Reece was superb in short. Let me know when he was on schedule to arrive and was there as expected. Carried out his job professionally and with complete clarity of communication as to what he found and what were the causes. Couldn't have asked for more.

He gave me sound information and advice both before the Pre Purchase Inspection and in the follow up after the Report. Based on the work he did for me, I was able to make a considered, informed and firm decision about the used car purchase. The Report by Reece highlighted issues that I would never have realised as a non-mechanic. On balance, I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Not happy at all, I want my money refund, mechanic have been 15 minutes, didn’t take even one tool out of van , I know all job description and car model before he accepted job, he try to explain to me , he got no equipment to do any diagnostics, completely waste of time, number to customers service not answering, general aggravation, I got all recorded on my ring camera and ma cctv, guy been 15 minutes and 5 minutes on his phone , complete joke !!!
