The transaction had to be postponed due to the first booking was missed and hence needed to arrange another time slot with the seller. However Reece is knowledgable and gave some good advice on the condition of the car.

Good guy and quickly identified the problem. He was late to the appointment by quite a bit though. Previous job took him longer than expected (it happens) but I had to contact him to find out when he'd arrive. I would have preferred it if he'd been more proactive in letting me know.

Reece was very good. He asked to come a day early which suited us, but was then delayed as the part needed wasn’t in stock.

Reece kept us pretty much informed of the delay and was excellent when he arrived.

Completed the work and I would have him back again.

Didn't turn up during the agreed window due to weather and didn't inform me until 1 hour into the window, causing me to waste 2 hours in the morning. When we rebooked and he did come for the inspection the next day, he was helpful but I didn't feel like he gave the car a super thorough check. I had to ask several times if there's anything else that needs checking as I knew I had paid for many more checks than were completed. Still was very helpful in my decision not to get the car and was completely honest with me about the condition and his opinion of it.

Reece was great. Whilst he wasn't able to resolve the issue he was decent, friendly and honest. Would highly recommend him.
