Excellent service, booked yesterday and had a mechanic here within 24 hours, and alot cheaper than everywhere else in town with the pressure of also not taking the car anywhere.

Due to personal reasons the mechanic could not make the first booking made, fully understandable. The job took longer than thought partly because of personal reasons for the mechanic and because there was a technical glitch. Despite this the experience of the mechanic and his approach to the work was first rate. Communication and his experience shone through.

I am completely dismayed at the practice of the so called car mechanic that visited. All I wanted was a 20 minute job, of replacing a hand brake cable. Before work commenced, the mechanic told me, there were no issues and went ahead with the work. I expected my Hand Brake to function correctly on job completion. When the mechanic had completed the job after 2 HOURS, he knocked the door, passed me the keys and said all done. Being disabled I didn't get to the car for a while. When I did, the mechanic drove off fast. I got in the car, and found the hand brake not working. The complaints process is a sham, and ends with, read the terms and conditions. The Mechanic now after days, is coming out with excuses why the hand brake isn't functioning, reasons that would of prevented the job going ahead in the first place. The point is, the reasons are fiction, having had the car inspected. I am a vulnerable man, disabled RAF veteran, I paid for 2 Hours Labour and the parts, which I believe now have not been fitted. My car is in a worse state than before. I will be exercising my statutory rights, I just wish I had paid a bit extra and used my local garage. Read more

Really proffesional, kept me informed every step of the way on the status of a calipar which for my car was a pain to obtain a replacement.

Even waited behind abit when the job was completed so he could inform me how it went as I picked my daughter up, will definitely be back with fingers crossed I get Gary
