Fiat Ducato Pre-purchase Inspection

I am guessing about Gary's punctuality, as this was a pre-purchase inspection so I do not own the vehicle yet and I was not there when he went to the owner's premises.
However, his communication was very good; he rang the owner directly to arrange a suitable time, and rang me when he was unable to do the test on the allotted day due to torrential rain. He then re-arranged with the owner for another day and kept me informed.
