Gary stepped in when the originally booked mechanic cancelled at the last minute and he did an excellent job. He put the customer first and made sure the job was completed to a high standard, overcoming several unforeseen issues that were completely out of his control and made the issue might more time consuming and complicated. Gary took all those issues in his stride and ensured the job was completed. 100% recommend.

After booking late at 7 the evening before, very pleased that Gary turned up first thing the following morn as promised.... One hour later I had a working van... Very pleased with the cost...lovely bloke, fully recommended... Thanks Gary

I found the mechanic to be very knowledgeable and thankfully honest he explained what he was doing and why. He also helped me get to the bottom of a previously incorrect diagnosis. He did not charge me for something that didn't need to be done.
I would definitely use this service again.

Had S-Max DPF replaced by Gary (total £360 vs £900 quote from dealer), he was very open and clear about the work being done and completed it quickly and effectively. Engine warning light has now gone out. I'd definitely recommend him to friends and family.
