I've had a job done today see the above reference, but when I booked the work I specifically asked for a computer diagnostics on my car, instead what I got was a 5 min conversation with a mechanic to tell me about his assumption of what wrong with the car but that he is not sure. When I booked I specifically asked whether a diagnostics could be carried out at my house since the car is on SORN and I could not drive to a garage, but wanted to know the exact fault in the car. Very disappointed for paying the your cost but still don't have a qualified analysis of the exact fault in the car. This clearly is not what I expected from clickmechanics, as I could have had anyone tell me an opinion of the fault but I paid for an expert that turned out not to be so.
