Turned up as agreed and did the work with no fuss. All good - will definitely use again.

Darren was terrific. I couldn't be happier. Communicated with me before the event. He was on time. Explained what he was doing and why. The quality of the work was first class. Recommended what work would be advisable in future without being pushy.

The mechanic Darren was punctual, however I was not happy with the work he carried out because he left with the problem with the car unresolved and I was left feeling stupid.

Darren informed me I will have pay the £120 for this job. He said the car needed diagnostic testing and that I will have to pay another amount of money if I want them to return to do the diagnostic testing. I did not find his comments helpful at all and I felt £120 I paid for him to remove my old battery and replaced it with a new one is disproportionately expensive especially as he did not resolve the problem with the car and I feel 'robbed' by this experience because I feel completely unsatisfied by the whole thing.

As it is, I am left with a car that is not starting, but it has a brand new battery inside that has cost me a total of £120. All in all, a very bad experience. Read more

There was some confusion around the required size of car battery which led to some delay but Darren was quick and efficient once the problem was solved

Darren just did a full service on my car, I am very happy with the job and he charged me a fair price for the new wipers. I like that as well as recommending new brake discs he also put how much life was left in them (10%)

Not much to say, Darren was very helpful finding the best solution for my issue, explaining exactly what I need to do.

Very polite and didn't waste time,.he got straight on with the job . I will definately have Darren again as it's very hard nowadays to get an honest good proffesional mechanic and he proved he has all these qualities.

He told me my car needed a new tyre on the drivers side rear as it is worn - I explained that this tyre was new in May of this year but he was insistent that it is worn. I have sought further advice and been told the tyre is fine. Now I don't know whether the other things he said, the front discs and pads need changing and the axillary drive belt is falling apart are true or not, I will have to take my car to a garage to get it checked. He was quite rude and not very helpful.
